13.11 Unless Section 13 of the Act provides otherwise, the information you request under your Section 13 rights will be provided free of charge. If a request is unfounded or excessive, in particular where it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee covering the administrative costs of providing the information or notifying you that the requested action has been taken. We may also refuse to act on the request.

13.12 If we have doubts about the identity of the person making your request, we may ask that person to provide reasonable means of verifying their identity.
